PEYRILHAC POND GENERAL RULES

Fish should always be treated with the utmost respect, even the little ones!

Fishing is practiced in total No Kill on all species without exception!

All posts are equipped and have electricity. Electric heaters are prohibited.

Motorhomes are accepted. (station 2 has water).

Bait boats are allowed, boats are prohibited, swimming is prohibited.

Everyone must respect the tranquility of the site, especially at night, the pond is a calm and peaceful place, the volume of appliances and lighting must not exceed the limit of your position.

Underage fishing guests must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their stay. Otherwise, a written and signed release from the parents or legal guardian will be required.

Attendants are limited to two per position and are under your sole responsibility. Visitors must park their vehicle at the entrance to the car park.

Drugs and excess alcoholic beverages are prohibited under penalty of legal action and immediate exclusion without reimbursement.

The management declines all responsibility in the event of an accident on the site, theft or damage to equipment on your fishing post as well as any damage to your vehicle and invites you not to leave anything there that could attract attention.

In respect of image rights, fishermen expressly authorize the management to freely use their photos on the internet (Facebook, website, etc.) without time limit and for advertising purposes with the sole aim of promoting angling. carp only at the Peyrilhac pond.

YOUR STAY

The validation of your reservation is done directly on the internet or by telephone, after recording your deposit corresponding to 50% of the total amount of your stay.

Reservations will not be refunded for any reason.

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the scheduled arrival date, the fishing session may be postponed to a later date.

If the cancellation occurs less than 1 month before the arrival date, the fishing session will be lost.

No refund, postponement or credit will be made in the event of early departure.

YOUR ARRIVAL

You can arrive from 2 p.m. and settle directly at your post, vehicles are authorized on the fishing posts.

the payment of your stay will be made at the first visit of the fishing guide, therefore if you have to leave for a while or arrive later than your colleagues, please leave them the payment for your session.

You must leave before 2 p.m., it is forbidden to drive your vehicle between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m.

YOUR COMFORT

Showers and toilets are available 24/7. It is forbidden to do the dishes in the pond.

A sink is at your disposal next to the toilets.

Oven, fridge, freezer, hob and microwave are at your disposal next to the sanitary facilities.

Barbecues are allowed.

Ground fires are prohibited.

The workstations must be kept clean at all times and returned clean when you leave. Garbage must be sorted and deposited at the entrance in front of the gate. The garbage collectors do not pass for the glass, you will have to leave with it.

Our friends the dogs are accepted but they must not create any inconvenience for the other fishermen.

The management reserves the right to raise one or more rods at any time of the day or night to ensure compliance with the assembly.
